How It Works

Once you sign up our process is as below:

  1. When you sign up to FLISS as a mentee or a mentor you are asked to fill out a form and describe what you’d like to get out of the scheme.

  2. Once you complete the form you will then be required to read and sign our Mentor/Mentee Agreement

  3. The Mentor Lead at FLISS then matches mentors and mentees based on their described preferences and experience and will help facilitate the initial meeting

  4. If both parties are happy they will start their mentoring journey

Throughout that time all members will have access to our mentoring resources, receive training, participate in networking events, and contribute to our wider mission.
