Generative AI Workshop: Co-Designing Inclusive Workplace AI
Join us at the Dyson School of Design Engineering for an interactive workshop to co-design new ways to integrate AI into the workplace. Led by Imperial College of London and the Royal College of Art Design Researcher, Ariane Lucchini (MA/MSc Global Innovation Design) this workshop is an exciting opportunity to ideate on AI and the future of work.
Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we work. In recent years, headlines on workplace AI have warned that many work tasks will become automated. But who stands to benefit from AI being integrated into the workforce? Initial studies have shown a slower rate of adoption of AI when it comes to those who identify as women. How might we design AI to be inclusive of all genders and diverse ways of working?

Welcome to our Launch event. FLISS (Female Leaders In STEM Subjects) is a professional network that harnesses the power of mentoring to increase the representation of women in engineering and science. We aim to inspire individuals to achieve their dreams and help drive diversity in the workplace, furthermore we wish for this resource to be free to use for all those who need it.
